Shipping & Returns

Please allow 1-2 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your item (s) will be delivered depending on the shipping method you select.

The following shipping methods are currently available:

NEW! ORDERS SHIP FREE TO STORE

Prefer to pick-up your order in-store? No problem. Simply select the “Ship to an ALDO store” option during checkout and choose the nearest available location, by entering your zip code. We’ll notify you once your purchase is ready via email. In store, you must present a valid ID along with either your order confirmation email or pick-up notification email.

IMPORTANT!

- Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions.
- Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
- For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, which along with the zip code of your shipping address, will be all you need to track your order.

We guarantee to refund unworn or unwashed items when you return it in sellable condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 60 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.  No items may be returned or exchanged between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Items can only be returned or exchanged in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Items purchased from other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and should be subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Price Adjustment Policy
Price adjustments may be applied with the original receipt on regular priced items bought in store only, within 7 days of the original purchase. Not applicable on items purchased on promotion or in conjunction with a fundraising campaign.

TO RETURN IN STORE
To find a store nearest you, visit our Store Locator here. Return the unworn or unwashed item(s) to the location of your preference and our associates will be pleased to assist you.

Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.

TO RETURN VIA COURIER
To return item(s) purchased online, enter your order number and zip code in the fields below. Your order will appear on the next page. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click the submit button. You will receive an email confirming your request and a return label with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. PayPal purchases are non-refundable in store.

 Please note: it may take 2 to 3 weeks to receive your refund once you have shipped back the returned items. We appreciate your patience.
